WeCraft S.R.L. is a mobile and web app development studio based at Str. Lt. Alexandru Popescu nr. 9B, Sectorul 3, București, Romania. You can reach us at hello@wecraft.dev.
2. What we collect
This website collects only what we need to operate it and respond to you.
- Contact form data — when you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email, optional phone number, the topic you selected, your project budget (if applicable), and your message.
- Analytics data — we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, country, browser, referring source). Google may set cookies on your device to enable this.
- Server logs — our hosting provider may temporarily log standard request data (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for security and reliability purposes.
We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising or profiling.
3. How we use your data
- To respond to inquiries you send via the contact form.
- To understand site traffic and improve the experience.
- To keep the site secure and reliable.
4. Where your data is processed
Contact form submissions are processed by our forms provider (Netlify) and stored securely. Analytics data is processed by Google. Both providers may transfer data outside the EU under standard contractual clauses.
5. How long we keep it
- Contact form submissions: kept while we're in active conversation, then archived for up to 24 months.
- Analytics data: retained according to Google Analytics' default settings (typically 14 months).
- Server logs: typically rotated within 30 days.
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of any personal data we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of that data
- Object to certain types of processing
- Withdraw consent for analytics by blocking cookies in your browser
